it is the date of sending of the writing which will be retained as date of cancellation for the invoicing of the cancellation costs.

- More than 45 days before arrival in the rental: a lump sum of 100 € will be retained,
- From 45 days to 31 days before arrival in the rental: 30% of the rental price will be retained with a minimum of 200 € on the rental,
- From 30 to 21 days before arrival in the rental: 50% of the rental price will be retained,
- From 20 to 8 days before arrival in the rental: 75% of the rental price will be retained,
- From 7 to 2 days before arrival in the rental: 90% of the rental price will be retained,
- Less than 2 days before arrival in the rental or no show at the time of departure: 100% of the rental price will be retained.
