The Villa of approximately 220 m2 is located in the small village of Mours St Eusèbe, 3 km from Romans sur Isère (capital of shoes) with its museum, its brand village (Marque Avenue) and its many shops.
You can have access in 10 minutes by car to various sports activities and walks.
The Villa is located 5 minutes from the SNCF station and 15 minutes from the TGV station.

This recently renovated house is our main residence. She is at your disposal during our absence. It is an ideal setting for meeting up with family and friends to simply enjoy the happiness of being together.

Ideally located between mountains, Drôme hills, villages and towns, it has retained over the years a real charm. While being both close to amenities but above all quiet.
