La Rochelle, proche Île de Ré, spacieux, grand jardin

Discover La Renardière in the village of Nieul-sur-Mer, 5 kilometers by car from La Rochelle, 5 minutes from La Rochelle airport, 20 minutes from La Rochelle train station and 10 minutes from the island of Ré.

The single-storey apartment overlooks a south-facing terrace and a large 1700 m² garden, a real refuge for many varieties of birds, ensuring peace and quiet.

With a surface area of approximately 80 m², the space accommodates 4 (4 beds) with a bedroom which has two twin beds and two bunk beds as well as its own bathroom: walk-in shower, washbasin and separate WC.
The beds are 4 adult beds (0.90m x 1.90m), two twins and two bunks.
A work space is available.

The living room is spacious, very bright, equipped with cable television. It is adjacent to the terrace, which makes the planchas practical!

The dining room with its large table easily accommodates eight people. It communicates with the kitchen, fully equipped (oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher, utensils). It also opens onto the terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with many utensils ranging from traditional cutlery to champagne flutes and oyster knives!

The bus for the city center of La Rochelle leaves 2 minutes walk from the house.
The supervised beach of L'Houmeau is located 10 minutes by bike (a cycle path passes 500 meters from the house and also allows you to walk along the entire coast on the cliffs to go to La Rochelle).
Golf de la Prée nearby in the village of Marsilly.
The marshes are to be discovered all around the house.

All the shops are 5 minutes by bike, 3 minutes by car: supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, newsagent, pharmacy, laundry, hairdresser, banks, DIY store, restaurants (in the village and by the sea), optician, …

For lovers of fish and seafood, we can recommend local artisans who ensure the very freshest catches.

Some information: reservations are made for a minimum of 2 nights. Tourist taxes (1.65 € per person per night) and cleaning of 60 € per stay.

The accommodation is non-smoking and does not welcome animals.
No parties or bachelor or bachelorette parties, because our residential area is very quiet.
