In a small corner of mid-mountains, between Forez, Roannais and LIvradois, you will discover a preserved region sheltered from mass tourism. Everything here will invite you to true rest, to a return to real things. The simple pleasures of a peaceful or sporty life. Hiking trails, bodies of water, exceptional panoramas, medieval sites, farmers' markets, Forez promises you great discoveries and a real breath of fresh air in our world which moves too fast.
Here, time passes slowly, at the bend of a path, on the terrace of the gîte sipping a drink, in your living room enjoying the many board games at your disposal, with a good book that you have chosen from the “housebooks” ...
Your cottage is located on the property of Valérie and Christian who, while remaining discreet, will be attentive to your requests. You share with them the large wooded and relaxing grounds where your children can run around and admire the chickens and the place's mascot, "Lili" the dwarf goat. Here, nothing is thrown away, your children will be happy to take food waste to the animals and everything that can be recycled in the compost heap, a life lesson that they will never forget.

From the Les Salles, Noirétable exit of the A 89 motorway, turn right towards Noirétable.
After approximately 800 meters, turn left onto Saint-Julien-la-Vêtre, continue on this road for approximately 5 km until you reach a stop sign.
You are in Saint-Julien, turn left towards Boën and continue for approximately 1.5 km, you will pass an old closed restaurant and this will be the next tarmac path on your right just before a sawmill located on the left.
You go three hundred meters on this path, the house is on the right, you have arrived.
If you arrive via Boën, pass the village of Saint-Thurin, continue for 3 km, you will climb the coast of ruins and you will arrive on a sort of plateau with a sawmill on your right, you pass it then you take the first path tarmac on your left.
After 300 meters, it's on the right, you have arrived.
After approximately 800 meters, turn left onto Saint-Julien-la-Vêtre, continue on this road for approximately 5 km until you reach a stop sign.
