We propose you to occupy the SMALL HOUSE, our holiday home, recently renovated, located in the land of Aunis in Charentes Maritimes.
It welcomes 8 people in beautiful volumes that will provide you peace and quiet time.

- a house of 165m², completely redone for your comfort in 2018, including:
# Ground of 2000m ² closed of walls and sported, distributed in 2 gardens providing calm and space.
# House equipped with all the necessary comfort to 8 people: hot water and gas heating / washing and dryer / dishwasher / wifi / TV and player.
# 4 bedrooms.
# 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets (up and down)
# Large living room and dining room opening onto the garden and pool.
# Spacious and widely equipped kitchen.
# 9.5m x 4m pool, heated, children's safety + use of the shed.
# Various garden furniture and games of leisure.
