La Petite Grange - Gites LaVallée avec piscine couverte, chauffée

Dating from the 15th century and steeped in history, the Manor, the Gites, the Lake and the Wood are located in a beautiful Breton countryside near the small village of Plumaudan, with its amenities (bakery, supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy) and only 10 minutes by car from several supermarkets and 15 minutes by car from the magnificent medieval fortified city of Dinan.

Gite La Petite Grange has been renovated in the old 15th century barn.
The front door leads into the American kitchen with exposed stone walls and exposed oak beams.
The kitchen is modern, including an oven, a gas hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher. there is a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. there is a dining table in the middle of the kitchen. there is a living room with two comfortable sofas.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two bedrooms each with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower over a bath and a WC. There is another separate WC next to the bathroom.
The front view is towards the gardens and an old barn and the small castle next to us.
There is a terrace in front of the cottage which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Each cottage has its own character and special charm, with many original oak beams and stone features retained throughout.

There is a games room with billiards, table football, darts, DVDs, books and tourist information. Outside, there is a children's play area, outdoor games including a ping-pong table as well as the lake and park to discover. There is also the possibility of fishing in the lake. There is a 10m heated swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September) with a high, retractable cover, allowing you to swim in a warm, sheltered environment or open when the sun is shining.
