Frédéric and Nadine welcome you to their gîte "La Parenthèse" in Carteret, at the foot of Cap de Carteret. Purchased in 2019, the cottage has been renovated and brought up to date, while keeping the holiday home spirit.
Independent house of 71 m² on 660 m² of enclosed land (parking space) located at the foot of Cap de Carteret, ideal starting point for hikes.
Pavilion composed of a bedroom (160 cm bed) and cupboard, 1 bathroom, 1 small laundry room (washing machine), 1 WC with hand basin, 1 large living room with fitted-equipped kitchen, bathroom living room with central fireplace, 2 sofas including 1 sofa bed (140 bed), outdoor terrace, deckchairs, garden table and parasol.
Equipped with coffee maker and capsule machine, kettle, toaster.
You will appreciate the proximity of shops and leisure activities: bakery-pastry shop, bar-restaurants, clothing and decoration stores, mini-golf, cinema and the beautiful Carteret beach with its bar-restaurant dancing in summer "La Potinière".
All these shops are within walking distance.
The seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret (50270) offers many activities: sailing school, golf, equestrian center, ferry connection to the Channel Islands

"Ravis de notre séjour à la Parenthèse"
Excellent séjour, des hôtes attentifs, agréables un gîte parfaitement équipé et très bien tenu. Tout était parfait. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Séjour du 25 juin au 2 juillet 2023.
