La Moulinal is an exceptional property, with its two beautiful houses of character located in a century-old park of 1.7 ha.
The gîtes combine true authenticity with all modern comfort.

All 2 gîtes can accommodate 15 people.
La Maison d'Isabel can accommodate 8 to 10 people. It is spacious and has been renovated with taste and respect for authenticity. The house is 190 m² and was built in exposed stone, with wooden ceilings, high quality travertine floors, a very charming fireplace with wood stove, and even the old stone sink is still there!
There is a kitchen (new kitchen with island in 2024) well equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave, gas stove, oven and dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. The open kitchen opens onto the very spacious living room (57 m²) with lounge and large dining room (40m2) with bay windows.
On the ground floor there are 2 large bedrooms (20 and 22 m²) with adjoining bathroom (shower with thermostatic valves, 2 sinks, washing machine and toilet).
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom (bath, walk-in shower with thermostatic valves, sink, toilet).

The guest house can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It is spacious and has been renovated with taste and respect for authenticity. The house with its beautiful dovecote is 140 m² and has been built in exposed stone, with wooden ceilings, high quality terracotta floors and very charming fireplaces with wood stove.
There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room with lounge and dining room is very spacious (55 m²).
There are 2 large bedrooms (15 and 25 m²) with adjoining bathrooms. A mezzanine with 2 beds is located above the living room. A toilet is located between the kitchen and the living room.
On request we can provide a baby bed, a high chair and a changing mat. Two folding beds can still be added.

A large sunny swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is available to guests of the two gîtes.
Around the swimming pool you will find a large terrace with Italian deck chairs and a shelter (pool house), equipped with a large lounge area and a fridge. Next to the shelter is the outdoor kitchen.

In addition, there is a spacious football field with a goal, a volleyball net, a swing and a table tennis table which is covered and where many of our guests spend pleasant moments. In addition, a bowling alley invites you to spend moments of joy with friends or family.

Additionally, Castillonnès, the nearest village, is just 4 km away. There you will find a supermarket, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors and on Tuesdays there is the market in this beautiful bastide.
