This house is a family home.
Located in the Périgord noir, on the edge of the Périgord pourpre, in a quiet setting, it awaits you for a pleasant stay, in a wooded park of 11000 m² including 2000 m² of enclosed and flowery garden, on the banks of the DORDOGNE river. with private access of about 10 m "swimming and fishing possible".

It is independent for 4 people.
On the terrace, in the shade of the lime tree, you can take your meals while contemplating the river.
Small garage available (not for car).

No heating, only an auxiliary heater in the bathroom.
No phone. Internet access with 3G 4G depending on the operators.
Pets not allowed: cause allergy.
Non-smoking rental (smoke detectors).
