As soon as you arrive, you will be amazed by a spacious and bright living space thanks to the living room surrounded by bay windows offering a breathtaking view of the sea.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals with family or friends. Enjoy the abundance of natural light and scenic views while cooking.
You will find an ideal office space for teleworking.

• 1st floor :
You have 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), one of which has a private Italian shower and a large bathroom with sink, bathtub and WC.

• Basement :
Accessible by a small spiral staircase, a 3rd bedroom awaits you as well as a toilet and shower room, offering a private and intimate space.

• Exterior:
Enjoy a moment of relaxation in the garden, equipped with a table where you can enjoy your meals outdoors and relax out of sight.
A private gate gives you direct access to Théven beach located at the foot of the house.
Finally, relax on our sunny terrace, right in front of the living room's bay window, and enjoy the breathtaking sea view.
