The house is entirely at your disposal, with parking, and closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles with water point and what is needed for small mechanics, with direct access to the house.
This traditional Audoise house was completely renovated 5 years ago in the spirit of a winegrower's house with antique furniture.
The bedrooms all have a wardrobe with hanging space, one is equipped with a cherry wood game table as a desk with spare pc and internet connection.
The kitchen is modern equipped in terms of the work plan with cupboards, otherwise the dresser, cherry wood jam maker and farmhouse table are old. With a fireplace for chilly evenings, and electric heaters.
In the TV lounge, a library is at your disposal with board games and the loan of petanque balls.
You will find a fund of groceries, coffee, tea, chocolate, vinegar oil … preserves for troubleshooting (to be renewed).
20 minutes from the sea, we are located between Narbonne, Perpignan and Carcassonne.
The region is steeped in history, with its castles, abbeys...
You can visit the surrounding cellars and taste the culinary specialties of our restaurants.
