La Maison de Sainte Marguerite

This stone house is located at the end of a dead end which turns into a winding path through the dunes to the white sand beaches.

Very maritime atmosphere, garden lined with pine trees, the smells of iodine and salt, a south-facing courtyard which allows you to take advantage of every ray of sunshine in all seasons.

On the ground floor: a large, very modern and fully equipped entrance hall-kitchen, a large bright living room with double exposure overlooking the terraces with two bay windows, a lounge dedicated to television and games, a pretty bedroom with soft and calm atmosphere with its private bathroom.

On the first floor: a second bedroom with double exposure, very gently and its private bathroom.

In the living room a stove will allow you to spend beautiful evenings reading or simply relaxing, even in the middle of winter.
South side a large gravel terrace with a garden seating area and a table with umbrella, not to mention a gas BBQ.
