Located in the heart of Parigné-l'Évêque, 5 km from karting, just 13 km from Antarès, and 16 km from the 24-hour circuit, 12 km from the 24-hour golf course and 15 km from the exhibition center Le Mans and Le Mans train station.

This accommodation has on the ground floor a large living room including the dining room with open fitted kitchen, living room with a billiard table, table football. Board games. WiFi is available.
Towels and bed linen are prepared for your arrival.
Enclosed garden of 800 m² including a covered barbecue in the outdoor kitchen, slide, ball (under the responsibility of parents or legal representatives).
The aquatic area is heated (in fine weather) and closed, secure, 2 showers and WC on site. Forbidden to eat or drink anything other than water (no glass bottle)
Baby cots and childcare equipment lent on request: bath, bath recliner, baby chair.
Cleaning is included in the service.
Our animal friends are not allowed inside the buildings.
Possibility of catering at home by reservation at least 3 days before your arrival (pizzas and pancakes/Breton pancakes prepared with local products)
A few shops including bakeries "2 steps" from the house, all shops 15 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car, laundromat at the service station 2 minutes away
