We offer you a recent house, on one level, of 86 m², in the Baie de Somme in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, which can accommodate up to 6 people (children included).
The house consists of:
* an equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hood)
* a dining area
* a living room with TV, wood stove
* 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed
* 2 bedrooms with 2 90x200 beds in each
* 1 separate toilet
* 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower, washing machine
* 1 terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, barbecue
* an NOT enclosed garden
* 3 private parking spaces including 1 PMR
Free WIFI
Our house is PMR (contact us for more information, photos of the WC and the bathroom)
The beds are made (sheets provided)
You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels
Baby equipment is available free of charge: baby bed, high chair, changing mat, bathtub
Dogs are accepted (2 maximum) subject to the written agreement of the owner
Shops are located near the house
The port is about ten minutes away on foot.
