A breathtaking view of the hills and ochres will allow you to spend a calm and relaxing stay close to many tourist places
House and terrace (38 m²) are sunny from the morning, facing south south-east.
The accommodation includes:
Living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa from 2024
bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a desk and a large closet
10 m² bathroom with 140x90 walk-in shower, dressing table with mirror and cupboard
laundry room with window, toilet, washing machine, iron
You will find a free parking space under the house in front of the gates of the house, a locked bicycle garage.
Equipment:
Air conditioning/heating in every room.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi, Orange Livebox TV
Dishwasher, convection oven, induction hob, microwave, insulated filter coffee makers, Nespresso and Senseo, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, extractor hood, coffee and tea for your arrival.
Washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack, integrated vacuum, water softener, sheets, towels, terry slippers and household linen are provided for the stay, the bed is made on your arrival.
Cleaning fee included in the price of the night or week.
Electric plancha and garden furniture. Fire extinguisher.

At the entrance to Apt, take the direction of Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt, after 4 km turn right towards Villars.
Go up to the village, take an immediate right, continue straight after the bend, pass in front of the school on your left, go up the rue de l'école, GASTON's house is located at the corner of the second alley on your left. You can park in front of the gates, one brown and the other white, below the terrace and the house.
The bowling alley is below on your right.
For information, the GPS does not know the Rue du Boulodrome, it is the old Rue des Eymieux. Access to Gaston's house by car is not via the Bar des Amis. The street between the Bar des Amis and the Maison de Gaston is for pedestrians only.
In Villars you will find a bakery and 2 restaurants including the Bar des amis.
For your shopping and fuel, Apt is less than 7 kilometers away, electric car charging stations less than 6 kilometers away in Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt.

"parfait"
Un confort parfait grâce à l'aménagement et à la qualité du matériel mis à disposition. La terrasse nous a permis de vivre au soleil avec une vue magnifique. Le logement est très propre.

Parfait pour se ressourcer au coeur d'une nature magnifique. Gîte idéalement situé pour partir à la découverte de la région. Très bon accueil de la part de Stéphanie et de très bons conseils pour organiser nos sorties. Gîte magnifique, confort +++. A recommander
