House and terrace (38 m²) are sunny from the morning, facing south south-east.
The accommodation includes:
Living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa from 2024
bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a desk and a large closet
10 m² bathroom with 140x90 walk-in shower, dressing table with mirror and cupboard
laundry room with window, toilet, washing machine, iron
You will find a free parking space under the house in front of the gates of the house, a locked bicycle garage.

At the entrance to Apt, take the direction of Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt, after 4 km turn right towards Villars.
Go up to the village, take an immediate right, continue straight after the bend, pass in front of the school on your left, go up the rue de l'école, GASTON's house is located at the corner of the second alley on your left. You can park in front of the gates, one brown and the other white, below the terrace and the house.
The bowling alley is below on your right.
For information, the GPS does not know the Rue du Boulodrome, it is the old Rue des Eymieux. Access to Gaston's house by car is not via the Bar des Amis. The street between the Bar des Amis and the Maison de Gaston is for pedestrians only.
In Villars you will find a bakery and 2 restaurants including the Bar des amis.
For your shopping and fuel, Apt is less than 7 kilometers away, electric car charging stations less than 6 kilometers away in Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt.

Un confort parfait grâce à l'aménagement et à la qualité du matériel mis à disposition. La terrasse nous a permis de vivre au soleil avec une vue magnifique. Le logement est très propre.
