There are 5 steps to access the house where you will find a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso, coffee maker, microwave, etc.), a living room with large screen TV, a shower room, a WC , a bedroom (1 double bed), a wooden terrace with a small table.
Then you go down a staircase to reach the second bedroom (2 80 cm beds forming either 1 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds that can be placed at a distance).
Enclosed landscaped grounds of 100 m² with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, bath beds).
Private parking, closed shelter for storage available.
Sailing club and departure for the Ile d'Yeu at 3 km, water park at 8 km, Puy du Fou at 100 km, shore fishing on the Gois passage at 5 km, salt marsh at 5 km, walk in the forest 300m away.
