Ideally located for beautiful hikes, leisure activities: fishing, pétanque, and exploring the heritage of its many bastides and medieval towns (Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Pujols, Penne-d'Agenais, Monflanquin , Villeréal, Biron Castle)
The Sainte-Livrade market (Friday morning) is one of the most beautiful in the department.
A pool house adjoins the swimming pool, equipped with adequate equipment for eating on site: parasols, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, tables and armchairs, barbecue, plates and cutlery.
Easy access parking is available to tenants. Gravel path for pétanque.

- coming from the North or the East, take the N21 from Limoges to Villeneuve-sur-Lot, then take the D911 to Sainte-Livrade (47110) to find the address indicated: 5 Avenue de Rénac on the GPS.
If you take a train to come from Lille or Paris, be aware that a fast TGV is available to you between Paris and Bordeaux (approximately 3 trains operate daily). Arriving in Bordeaux, a change is planned, lane 13, direction Marseille; do not go as far as Marseilles but get off at Villeneuve-sur-Lot station and take a taxi which will take you to avenue de Rénac in Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot. Choosing the train can be an advantage for people who cannot stand the increasingly heavy traffic on the roads and highways.
- coming from the West (eg Bordeaux or Libourne), if you choose the car, take the directions Marmande then Agen. Sainte-Livrade-Sur-Lot is located between these 2 towns. Use a GPS to facilitate the search.

"De merveilleuse vacances en familles"
Je recommande vivement cette jolie villa spacieuse ! Et tout confort, Très calme, agréable, et sécurisée grâce au portail mais aussi à la piscine couverte (aucun risque pour les enfants une fois celle-ci fermer) proche de toutes commodités. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir pu y séjourner quelques jours. Une très jolie région à visiter avec beaucoup d'activités proposées nous sommes ravis, un grand merci aux propriétaires et aux personnels d'entretiens pour leurs sympathies et leurs confiances
