Pretty atypical Quercy house with an exceptional location facing the small beach on the banks of the Lot.
Recently renovated accommodation including a living room with kitchen and lounge, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Large terrace with pergola overlooking the Lot valley.
Typical stone house, you will stay on the ground floor which we have just renovated, completely independent, the top not being habitable,
you can have lunch on a large terrace with pergola and views of the Lot and Saint Cirq Lapopie.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, barbecue, bicycles, deckchairs
Local services: grocery store, bakery, gas station, restaurants
Activities: access to the beach on foot, boat trips, fishing, canoeing, hiking, horse riding, etc.

"Très agréable lieu de séjour 4 personnes"
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil, la maison est très bien équipée, très bien décorée, très bien située avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Lot et Saint Cirq Lapopie ! Un petit coin de paradis. MERCI AL. N. C. J.

très bon accueil, sympathique et présent à notre demande.
maison très bien située, ensoleillée avec terrasse ombragée.
tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur dans une belle déco parmi la roche.

"Séjour de 2 semaines avec 3 enfants"
Très beau gite, très fonctionnelle, reposant, agréable à vivre, au frais malgré les grosses chaleurs, vue magnifique sur le Lot, Saint Cirq Lapopie, proche des sites touristique, grottes (Padirac, Perch'merle les phosphatières), villages médiévale (Saint cirq, Rocamadour,Cahors et plein d'autres). Le plus: petite plage d'herbe le long du Lot à 100m du gite qui permet de se baigner dans une eau à 25-27° le top par ces grosses chaleurs. Le moins: nous cherchons encore.
Propriétaire très à l'écoute et disponible si on le souhaite.
