Petanca Rutas de senderismoIdeally located in a large and old renovated Savoyard house between Annecy and Albertville, the La Sambuy (8-10 people) and Belle-Étoile (8 people) gîtes are located on a pastoral land in the Regional Natural Park of the Bauges massif, in medium mountain at 750 m altitude and close to peaks over 2000 m.
Comfortable gite furnished with taste. Renovated old Savoyard furniture.
Radiant radiators in all rooms + by the ground on the ground floor.
Dining room with kitchenette, many utensils. Lounge area with large sofa, 2 armchairs and flat screen.
Very comfortable bed. Single flow VMC. Large storage cellars.
South-facing balcony 10 m. Private garden furniture on lawn area with barbecue.
Large common courtyard for the 2 gites.
On the outskirts of the hamlet of Neuvillard near the village of Seythenex, the calm and location of the property are appreciated, in the land of the sources of Lake Annecy and near the Col de Tamié in Savoie and Albertville.
The family summer-winter downhill ski resort "La Sambuy" is 5 km away and the cross-country ski trails 3 km away. Major ski resorts in Haute-Savoie and Savoie are a 45-minute drive away.
The lodgings being adjoining but completely independent, they can be juxtaposed and thus accommodate 16-18 people, ideal for family reunions or between friends.
The main facade with large terrace and balcony faces south.
Your vehicles will be parked in a private parking lot in front of the gîtes.
Each cottage has its own private space with garden furniture and barbecue.

"Très spacieux et bien équipé pour un prix très cor"
Nous avons optes pour ces gîtes pour nous retrouver en famille. Accueil très sympathique avec beaucoup d'échanges sur la région. Gites bien équipés et surtout très spacieux pour les jours pluvieux. Merci

"week end en famille"
je recommande chaudement ce gite, nous avons eu la chance d'y passer un week end en famille (18 personnes), il est chaleureux et trés confortable. Mr Pierre a été disponible pour nous faire visiter et nous proposer de joiles balades et Mme Dallmasso , elle aussi , nous a accueillis trés chaleureusement. un endroit magnifique pour tous nous réunir.

"Excellent week-end entre amis"
Gîtes très confortables et très bien équipés dans un environnement très agréable. Idéal pour un séjour entre amis avec des enfants.
Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et réactif. Nous avons été chaleureusement reçu par Mme Dalmasso.

"Une semaine à la montagne"
Heureux d'avoir pu retrouver la Belle Etoile malgré le confinement avec les améliorations réalisées par M et Mme Pierre. L'accueil de M Pierre reste toujours aussi chaleureux. Nous avons ainsi pu profiter de la Sambuy station familiale.

"Ce Gîte a sauvé notre réveillon du 31 !"
Grace à la réactivité de Georges, nous avons pu faire une location de dernière minute pour notre petit groupe d'amis pour faire un 31 en toute sécurité.
Son gîte est très pratique, bien équipé, dans un esprit très Cosy au confort simple mais complet.
Le cadre est super, très "nature" entre vergers et pâturages sur le plateau de Seythenex. La situation en moyenne altitude permet de profiter de la neige sans avoir ses inconvénients.
De plus, toutes les commodités et pas mal d'activités, dont la station de la Sambuy, sont à proximité.
Bref, notre réveillon prolongé a pu se dérouler tip top avec des paysages tout blanc au réveil !

"Une semaine de plaisirs"
Nous avons passé la dernière semaine de l’année dans ce gîte et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter! Au calme et tout confort avec des propriétaires à l’écoute et réactifs aux besoins.
