We offer you a family house with 4 bedrooms and 8/9 beds, very close to Benoît beach, in the Grand Clos district, close to the equestrian center, mini-golf and tennis courts at the Barrière Country Club.
The house is located in a very quiet area with a walled garden and three terraces.
The house has:
• on the first level: an entrance, a large living-dining room of 30 m², an independent kitchen with pantry, two bedrooms (1 bedroom = 160x200, 2 bedroom = trundle beds - 2 x 80x190), a bathroom and separate toilet
• on the second level: two bedrooms (1 bedroom = 160x200 + 80x190, 2 bedroom = 2 x 90x200) and a bathroom with WC
Reservations for a two-night weekend are possible during low and mid season.
You can park your cars in front of the house.
