We can accommodate 2 people in this 42 m² gîte.
All on one level, the kitchen is well equipped: oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner...and the living room with color TV, 2 armchairs. Still in open space you have a toilet area with sink and a walk-in shower. The WCs are separate and closed as well as the storeroom.
Ethernet or wifi access is available.
Enclosed outdoor space with 150m² garden and 30m² terrace with barbecue.
An above-ground wooden swimming pool measuring 6.70 x 4 m, open from June to September, is common to the 2 gîtes and may possibly be shared with the owners.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Animals are admitted by agreement up to a limit of 2 dogs or cats.
We accept holiday vouchers.
Possibility to rent per night from 3 nights. Long stays possible at decreasing rates as well as VAT recovery for companies.
