We acquired this property in December 2023, we fell in love with this building.
As part of its renovation, we wanted to keep the soul of this house.
Sandrine and Ludovic welcome you to the gîte: l'Olivier, of Provençal inspiration.
Located in a small real estate complex (Lou Caladou) composed of an old straw house and an old wine-growing building, containing a second gîte for two people.
It is located in a residential area close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, greengrocers, pizzeria, restaurant, wine merchant).

It is equipped to accommodate 4 people with 1 bedroom (160 bed) and adjoining bathroom, 1 lounge area 1 BZ 140 sofa, an open kitchen, 1 separate toilet, 1 covered terrace and 1 cocooning garden area.

You can enjoy the unheated swimming pool area (PRIVATE for the gîte in July-August and shared with the owners in the off-season) with direct access through the bay window in the living room, lockable for security.

5 minutes walk from the Ardèche gorges.
Swimming, canoeing, treetop adventure park, laser game field and a children's play village (Acrokid), rental of electric scooters and quads.
Strolls in the surrounding area on foot or by bike with the proximity of the greenway can complement your activities.

Many tourist sites await you: the Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet2 cave, the Aven d'Orgnac, the Baume and Chassezac gorges.
