Françoise & Xavier welcome you with pleasure and concern for your comfort, in independent accommodation from the main house (accommodation for 4 people) with terrace, (swimming pool under renovation) and a large garden surrounded by tidal streams (vigilance requested for children) .
In a natural setting, come and put down your suitcases, rest, discover many tourist sites in the Océan Monts et Marais region… we will be at your disposal to guide you.

The 60 m² house is on one level, separated from the owners' house.
She is composed :
- a bright living room, with pool view
- fitted open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- living room / lounge (sofa bed)

- Marrakech bedroom: 1 double bed 140x190, direct access to the garden and terrace
- Marine room: 2 single beds 80x190; bathroom, access to small terrace
In common: 1 bathroom (hair-dryer) + 1 WC.

Leur gîte est propre, lumineux, spacieux.
Idéal avec un bébé (point d’eau dans la chambre, calme, espace pour lit bébé)

"Havre de paix"
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement plein de charme. Le cadre est incroyable, dépaysant, rien de tel pour profiter entre amis. C’est idéalement situé, nous avons aussi pu profiter du cadre très sympa. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

"Petit coin de paradis"
La location du gîte est idéal, au calme absolu tout en étant à quelques minutes de la ville et de la mer en vélo ou en voiture. Très bel endroit, l'extérieur est sublime avec la piscine (chauffée !), la verdure et le calme. Le gîte style cabane de plage est agréable et comporte toutes les commodités. Je recommande 😊

"Bel endroit et prestations de qualité"
Gîte confortable et très calme! Piscine chauffée, barbecue, table de Ping pong, baby foot, fléchette…. Rarement vu autant de jeux disponibles aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants! Rien à dire, nous recommandons fortement! Hôtes charmants et très discrets, encore merci pour votre accueil!

"Un séjour très agreable"
Quel bon séjour nous avons passé à l îlot z etiers. On récupère en toute quiétude dans un endroit d un calme absolu. La piscine est très agréable par ces fortes chaleurs et le logement est très propre et très complet. L accueil est à la hauteur du lieu et Françoise est une hôte aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons bien évidemment cet endroit !
