L'Expérience Mini-Maison

We welcome you to our mini-house “La Dépendance”, in Binic-Étables sur Mer in a calm and peaceful environment.

Ideally located in the Cotes d'Armor halfway between the Côte de Granite Rose and the Grand Site de France Cap d'Erquy Cap Fréhel and 25 minutes from the coast of Paimpol and the island of Bréhat.

The mini-house can accommodate 2 people, you will find:
• a kitchen equipped with gas hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, kitchen utensils, everything you need to eat and cook, even useful for a weekend! We provide basic necessities (salt, pepper, spices, sugar, coffee, infusion, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, etc.)
• a bathroom equipped with a 90x90 shower, a sink, a toilet
• a mezzanine (with protective guardrail) offering sleeping space for 2 people with 1 double bed. PLEASE NOTE: Access to the mezzanine is via a slightly steep Japanese staircase, not recommended for people with limited mobility.
• an outdoor terrace adjoining the rental with garden furniture and barbecue

Rental per night or per week.
Rates for 2 people: €55 per night, €385 per week (tourist tax included)
Household linen package (bed and bathroom linen for two): €10.
