This is a new and entirely private house of 32m2 located in a quiet village. consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with WC and the living room.
You will appreciate its comfort and air conditioning.
Outside the 200m² garden has a jacuzzi (5 persons) heated all year round and a salt swimming pool also heated (not heated from November to April depending on outside temperatures). Perfect for relaxing after a day spent discovering our beautiful region, 4 deckchairs and an outdoor lounge are at your disposal.
Several equipment:
Free Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. You can enjoy meals around an indoor table as well as an outdoor table.
The bedroom has a quality 160 double bed for 2 people.
A comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room for 2 additional adults if necessary.
A separate bathroom with walk-in shower.
The house also has a washing machine and a steamer.
Cleaning, sheets and towels are included.
You can park on site in a completely enclosed courtyard secured by an electric gate.
The independent house is entirely reserved for tenants.
Accommodation not suitable for people with disabilities.
