Appartement L'Escale

L'Escale à Chanas, een accommodatie met een restaurant, is gelegen in Chanas, op 49 km van Valence Parc Expo, 27 km van Vienne Train Station, en 28 km van Vienne Roman Theater. Er is gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en privéparkeren op het terrein.

- The apartment must be returned clean and in good condition. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. An ashtray is available outside at the foot of the property.

After abusive observations, a supplement of 120 euros will be asked if this is not respected. This includes the total cleaning and disinfection of the apartment and the removal of odors with an ozone generator.

Please do not throw anything out of the windows, as the bedroom windows overlook the terrace of the neighbor below and do not wish to have anything to pick up.


At the end of your stay, please respect the following rules:

- Empty the fridge
- wash and dry the dishes and put them away in the cupboards
- Gather the bed and bath linen in the basket provided in the bathroom
- Take out the garbage (left side of the building at the back towards the garage).
- Put the keys back in the Keybox

Only one vehicle is allowed in the parking lot (the assigned space is sent to you with the arrival instructions. If you come with a second vehicle, please park it outside, you have space too.

Thank you for respecting the environment. Any excessive consumption of electricity, heating and water will result in an adjustment at the end of the stay.

For our organization, the check in time is after 16:00.


Early arrivals are possible depending on the availability of our organization and the preparation of the accommodation. You just have to ask for it, this is a paying option of 15 euros for an arrival between 13:00 and 14:00 and 30 euros for an arrival between 12:00 and 14:00.
