Renovated with the participation of an architect in May-June 2017, it will seduce you with its high-end decoration and its level of comfort and equipment.

THE APARTMENT INCLUDES:
- reversible air conditioning
- the living room with a 80x200cm sofa bed, design armchairs, 49 "flat screen TV, Harman Kardon speaker connected in Bluetooth, WiFi Internet, desk, dining table for 4 people
- the equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, induction hob with extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster (also coffee capsules, tea, herbal tea, fast dinner kit)
- the bedroom with a king size bed 180x200cm with new bedding comfort, dressing
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, magnifying mirror

- Free cancellation with full refund up to 30 days before the arrival date.

"Le’appartemwnt de Margot"
A wonderful place to stay in the golden triangle of Bordeaux. The hosts are lovely, easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. They gave us great ideas for walking and places to eat. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your time in the beautiful city of Bordeaux.

"Stylish apt in the middle of everything"
What a great place to stay in the Bordeaux city center. The host’s list of recommendations is amazing, we booked a couple restaurants from the list and they were great. The apt is well stocked and perfect for 2 people. Thank you for a great stay.

"Séjour de 5 jours dans le cœur de Bordeaux"
Appartement très bien aménagé et parfaitement situé pour une découverte de la ville. Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur, le quartier est tranquille et l’immeuble est calme. Bénédicte, soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires, est disponible et de bons conseils.

"Jedes Detail stimmt!"
Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltetes Apartment in Top-Lage. Man merkt die Innenarchitektin, die hier einfach ganz viele Elemente auf einander abgestimmt hat. Das ganz begleitet von einer sehr sich kümmernden Benedicte, die einfach für uns immer erreichbar war.

"Bel appartement au cœur de Bordeaux !"
Malgré les quatre étages à monter, notre passage de 4 jours s’est avéré excellent dans l’appartement ! Tout y était et en excellent état ; endroit très calme avec accès rapide au tramway, autobus ou à pied pour visiter tous les quartiers de la ville. Bénédicte nous a accueilli avec enthousiasme et nous a donné plein de bons conseils.
