Apartment of approximately 90 m², independent and quiet, in the center of Bouaye, 20 minutes from Nantes and the beaches (Pornic, etc.), 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Planète Sauvage animal park.

The apartment includes:
- 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + single bed and another with double bed)
- 1 open office space with a small child’s bed (from 2 to 4 years old)
- a living room with double sofa bed
- 1 independent kitchen
- a small bathroom (shower + sink)
- separate toilet

To note :
A deposit of €800 will be requested from travelers as well as a flat rate of €30 for bed linen and towels.

The apartment does not benefit from an exterior, has steps and the bathroom is not large (a small shower + 1 sink), another additional sink is located in the living room which can be used as a bedroom (sofa).

The two bedrooms are located on the garden side.
The beds will be made upon your arrival (apart from the sofa bed in the living room: the sheets are in the cupboard under the desk in the living room).
Towels and kitchen towels will also be provided in the apartment.

A washing machine, a dryer and an iron can be made available provided you notify us in advance (at the time of booking ideally, at the latest one week before your arrival).
