Our apartment is ideally located, 10 minutes from the sea (Palavas les flots), downtown Montpellier, train stations, the airport, the Parc des Expositions, the Arena, supermarkets, and the A9 motorway.

Tram access from Lattes center 5 min by car to reach the beach of Carnon or Montpellier.
Trade, and bus on places.

You can do everything by bike since a cycle path along the Lez passes by, to reach the beach of Palavas les Flots or Montpellier.
Come and relax in our air-conditioned apartment, located in a quiet residential area, recently completely renovated.
It is functional and pleasant to live in!

The windows are equipped with electric shutters and the air conditioning is reversible, there is one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

On the ground floor it has:
- a lounge dining area with sofa bed, TV, WIFI, TNT and a high chair for young children
- an open kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave and 4-burner induction hob and a Senséo coffee maker, toaster, etc...
- a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- a separate WC.

Upstairs are:
- a bedroom with a double bed, a large dressing room and a chest of drawers
- a bedroom with a single bed and a chest of drawers
- a baby cot that you can install in one of the two bedrooms.

In the garden you can enjoy:
- free secure private parking inside the apartment
- a plancha space
- the dining table with its parasol
- garden furniture
- two deckchairs.

For children we provide:
- a cot
- a high chair
- plates, cutlery, plastic glasses
- a safety barrier is installed at the top of the stairs.

Linen and basic products:
You will find in the apartment on your arrival, linen and basic products.

Regarding laundry:
- the beds will be prepared according to the number of people indicated on the reservation
- 1 shower towel per person per stay
- a floor mat for the bathroom
- a towel for the bathroom sink
- two tea towels for the kitchen

Regarding basic products:
- toilet paper
- dishwashing liquid & sponge
- maintenance products

Please know that we do our best to keep our guests safe according to the Airbnb cleaning protocol, by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, etc. before your arrival.

We accept with great pleasure your 4-legged companions (dogs and cats), if they are wise of course!

The cleaning is to be done before your departure from the rental as well as the storage of the dishes used, etc...

In the village you will find on foot:
- a café - bar - brasserie,
- two pizzerias
- a sushi restaurant
- a bakery,
- a supermarket,
- a pharmacy,
- laundry facilities,
- a press tobacco,
- two hairdressers
- doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, dental practice
- a bank
- a veterinarian
- several parks for children as well as a pumptrack

You will have full access to our apartment. We ask you, if you are a smoker, not to smoke inside, an ashtray will be at your disposal outside at the level of the garden furniture.

Regarding your arrival:
-it can be done between 5 p.m. and midnight (I am very accommodating, do not hesitate to tell me if another time slot suits you better, I will do my best to satisfy you)
-I prefer hand-delivery of the keys (I find it more user-friendly) but we have also installed a key box in case I cannot be present.

Regarding your departure:
-it can be done until 11am maximum.
-The cleaning is not charged, it is to be done before your departure from the rental as well as the storage of the dishes used, take out the garbage bag, etc...

Formal prohibition:
No parties ... we ask you to respect the premises and to be calm also out of respect for our neighbors with whom we have good relations!
