This traditional house, an outbuilding of the Champs Blancs, is located in Saint-Aubin-Chateauneuf, in Burgundy. Less than two hours from Paris, it welcomes you for a quiet stay, in the middle of nature, in the heart of a hamlet of a few houses and offers a breathtaking view of a typical landscape of the region.
Ideal for a week of rest, it also lends itself to weekends.
Located in the Champs Blancs property, it has a separate entrance and all the desired independence from the main house. You will be quiet and will be able to enjoy the house and the garden, without being disturbed by the possible occupants of the other house.
Built in the mid-nineteenth century, this charming renovated house has 3 double bedrooms and a mezzanine perfectly suited to teleworking.
A fully equipped kitchen and a large living room complete the house.
On the ground floor you will find the main room, the kitchen as well as a double bedroom, the shower room and the toilet. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. Like many houses of this period, differences in levels are frequent in the house: it is therefore more suitable for people who do not have mobility problems.
It is a spacious, comfortable house, with a nice garden. You'll have such a great time that you won't want to leave!
