Opciones de "Estancia Temática" con reserva (presupuesto bajo petición): es posible adaptar una estancia temática (enológica o gastronómica) para un grupo.
ARRENDAR
Alquilamos toda nuestra casa de huéspedes solo para todo el fin de semana, mínimo 2 noches o mínimo 3 noches si incluye un día festivo. Durante las vacaciones escolares, los alquileres semanales tienen prioridad. Las llegadas son de 18:00 a 23:00 horas, el día de salida hasta las 10:00 horas. Para alquileres de fin de semana, las salidas son hasta las 17:00 horas.

Se solicitará un depósito del 30% al realizar la reserva, el saldo adeudado se pagará a la llegada. También se solicitará una fianza de 1000€ a la llegada, que no se cobrará ni devolverá al final de la estancia si se han respetado las premisas.

Al estar la casa situada en un pueblo, no se permiten fiestas para preservar la calma del pueblo. Está prohibido fumar en la casa. No se aceptan mascotas.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Article 1 - This contract concerns the rental of L’Ancienne Boulangerie located 6 rue des jardins in Chavagnes les Eaux (49380). It is a house with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, six toilets, two kitchenettes, a kitchen, a garden (the owners have a right of way out of their house) with swimming pool from May to mid-September.

Article 2 - duration of stay: The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

Article 3 - conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner the deposit indicated on the front as well as a copy of the signed contract before the date indicated. A second copy is to be kept by the tenant.
The rental concluded between the parties to this deed may in no case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written consent of the owner.
Any breach of this last paragraph would be liable to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the rental income remaining definitively acquired by the owner.

Article 4 - Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified to the owner, with acknowledgment of receipt.
a) cancellation before arrival at the scene:
The deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 20 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his accommodation. The deposit also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner pays the tenant all of the sums paid in advance.

Article 6 - arrival: The tenant must arrive on the day specified in the time slot mentioned on this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.

Article 7 - payment of the balance: The balance of the rental is paid upon entering the premises.

Article 8 - inventory: An inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure from the gîte. This inventory constitutes the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures.
The state of cleanliness of the lodging on the arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory of fixtures. The cleaning of the premises in normal use is the responsibility of the owner. In the event of abnormal use of the premises, or exceptional soiling, the amount of cleaning costs will be re-invoiced to the tenant. Reminder: It is forbidden to smoke in the house.

Article 9 - security deposit or deposit: On arrival of the tenant, a security deposit of 500 € (by check or credit card) is requested by the owner. After the contradictory establishment of the exit inventory, this deposit is returned, after deduction of the cost of repairing the premises if damage is observed. The security deposit can also be cashed if the general conditions have not been respected (non-respect of the neighborhood, noise at night, cigarettes in the premises, animals, etc.)
In the event of early departure (prior to the time mentioned on this contract) preventing the establishment of the inventory of fixtures on the day of the tenant's departure, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding not a week.

Article 10 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises. Loud parties are prohibited.

Article 11 - capacity: This contract is established for a maximum capacity of 15 people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity of reception, the owner can refuse the additional people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer.

Article 12 - animals: Animals are prohibited. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner can refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.

Article 13 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages resulting from his doing. He is required to be insured.

Article 14 - payment of charges: Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price, for normal use. In the event of abnormal use, the charges may be re-invoiced to the tenant.

Article 15 - disputes: Any complaint relating to the rental will be dealt with by the competent court.

We rent our entire guest house only for the whole weekend, 2 nights minimum or 3 nights minimum if it includes a holiday.
Arrivals are from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the day of departure until 11:00 a.m. (or 5:00 p.m. for weekend rentals).
30% deposit will be requested upon booking, the remainder due will be paid during the stay.

Included with all reservations: sheets (beds made), towels, hygiene products, end-of-stay cleaning (please leave the kitchens and tables clean and tidy).

Options by reservation (quote on request): breakfasts, table d'hôtes, sauna and whirlpool bath.

"Theme Stay" options by reservation (quote on request): it is possible to adapt a themed stay (oenological or gastronomic) for a group. Consult the site of the old bakery to find out about all our stays.

Tourist tax: 0.40 € / night / adult

LEASE
We rent our entire guest house only for the whole weekend, 2 nights minimum or 3 nights minimum if it includes a holiday.
During school holidays, weekly rentals have priority.
Arrivals are from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., on the day of departure until 10:00 a.m.
For weekend rentals, departures are until 5 p.m.
