In the heart of black Périgord: MONTIGNAC-LASCAUX /SARLAT/ les EYZIES.
Within a radius of a few kilometers around the gîte you will find: hiking trails, picturesque listed villages, castles, prehistoric sites, caves (LASCAUX 4, etc.) producers' markets.
Many summer activities ... canoes, tennis, swimming
Périgord house with neat decoration in very soft shades of gray and white (the photos are not in black and white), independent on private land, in the countryside, surrounded by nature, quiet but 10 min walk from the center town and all the shops.
Ground floor: living room with lounge (2-seater sofa, TV) and kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, electric hob, extractor, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pressure cooker, dishwasher)
Upstairs: the bedroom with a beautiful exposed framework, bed 140, the bathroom with the washing machine and the WC
Outside: Private parking, Terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue
Not overlooked, beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
