The studio on parquet is located in a beautiful building with elevator.
It consists of an entrance with a large closet (dressing room + shelves), a main room, a bathroom and a balcony without vis-à-vis.
The main room hosts a fully equipped kitchen area (vitro hob, extractor, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), an office area, a reading or TV area (Orange cable subscription).
The new bedding includes a special sensitive back mattress. On your arrival you will find the bed made and towels available.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin on a drawer unit, a towel dryer and a toilet.
The balcony allows you to have a quiet drink or read your favorite novel… or simply to listen to the sound of the Erdre and the Loire nearby.
