Joli gîte en Provence avec climatisation et fibre

In the heart of the pretty village of Trans-en-Provence in the Var, in a quiet pedestrian street, our cottage is perfectly located for visiting the region, between the Mediterranean Sea (Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus, etc.) and Lake Sainte- Cross.

With a surface area of approximately 70 m², the cottage consists of:
- on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a large bathroom with bathtub, WC and washing machine
- on the 1st floor: a living room with a large comfortable sofa convertible into twin beds
- on the 2nd floor: an office space and a large bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed

New and quality bedding. Sheets and towels are provided.

Air conditioning in the bedroom. Internet via fiber.

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, induction hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle... You will also find tea towels, vinegar oil, salt, pepper, cleaning products...

A cellar is also at your disposal to store your bikes safely (electric connection available to recharge your bike).

Also at your disposal in the gîte: board games, books for young and old, tourist documentation.

On request, we can lend you a travel cot and a high chair.

Shops are accessible on foot in a few minutes (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.)
