If you arrive by car and loaded, I advise you to leave your luggage (and children!) at the hotel-restaurant de la Frégate, at the entrance of the pedestrian zone (only accessible by car in the mornings before 10:30 am, except on Wednesdays and Sundays), and to go down on foot by the Avenue Camille Pelletan until the sea. Turn left on Boulevard du Boramar, towards the bell tower, enjoy the view and take the 2nd left, under the porch, shortly after the Copacabana restaurant and before Chez Simone. Turn right on rue Mailly, and you're there: in season, I'll be waiting for you at the sunny Majolique ceramics shop!
To park, as we are in the pedestrian centre, you will have to park in the vicinity:
- parking du Glacis (paying) for the proximity, access by the place de la poste,
- parking de la gare (paying) for ease of use, access via avenue de la gare,
- parking du stade or le parking du Douy (paying) for the guarantee of a place in all seasons with a short walk (5-10min)
- the Catalan residence area or rue de la galère for free parking spaces at the cost of a 10-15min walk!
You can top up your payment remotely via the FlowBird app if required.
The accommodation is usually ready by 3pm, and as I can't always be there, there is a key box on the front of the Majolique shop at the same address (14 rue Mailly) to facilitate your independent entry into the premises if needed. I will send you the code when the time comes, so don't hesitate to tell me your arrival time. Once you have collected the key, you will have to beep to enter the building and then it will be the 1st door on the left (1st floor).
If you arrive before the scheduled time of entry and the accommodation is not ready, you may be able to leave your luggage in the entrance hall of the building (locked) and/or in my shop when it is open, while I finish preparing the place for you. A trip to the sea or to one of the good addresses I have for you and that's it!

"Le reve!"
Tout d'abord une hôtesse charmante aux petits soins (lara) qui nous met pleins de petites attentions un peu partout. en 2 eme un apart grand diose avec rétroprojecteur sur le mur ,une chambre avec un magnifique lit princesse,une belle douche a l'italienne dans la salle de bain ,une superbe cuisine ou rien ne manque. ensuite ce q 'on préfère et qui nous a dépayser totalement ! Ce fameux spa sous la grotte. chez lara c'est le rêve assuré ! Merci pour notre anniverssaire de fiançailles ,de votre gentilliesse,du petit cadeau et de toutes ces belles intenssions. pour nous c'est un 5 étoiles car chez lara et joshua c'est le grand luxe! Pleins de gros bisous et toutes nos félicitations à votre frère pour ce spa splendide. nous reviendrons cest sur ! A bientot. sonia et laurent ❤❤😘

"Superbe appartement équipé à neuf au charme unique"
spa 6 pers. à l'ambiance enchanteresse, literie de qualité, un lieu insolite agencé avec goût et fonctionnel. La cour est un énorme plus. On en oublie être dans l'hyper centre et pourtant la mer est à 5sec! L'accueil est chaleureux et généreux, merci!

"Parfait week-end en amoureux"
Superbe weekend passé avec ma copine, tout y est pour passer un bon moment: beau living-room avec projecteur, spa, la totale! L'aménagement est luxueux et accueillant, très plaisant d'y passer (beaucoup) de temps. Il est situé à côté de la mer et entouré de pleins de commerces, bref je recommande! Et merci pour les petites attentions

"Incroyable séjour"
Un appartement hors du commun, tout rénové et de grand confort.. J'ai apprécié la literie de qualité avec le splendide baldaquin de princesse.. !
Et quel plaisir, ce spa hors norme !
On a bien aimé aussi le video projecteur sur le grand mur blanc, le home cinéma à domicile...
Et la cour fleurie, ça doit être top, en été, il doit y faire bien frais !
Le tout avec une hôte très attentionnée et disponible (on a apprécié le panier d'accueil)!
Je recommande sans hésiter, vous passerez 1 séjour inoubliable.
