required in addition to the reservation deposit and it has been paid, the terms of cancellation of the booking of a
particular accommodation described on the Website shall come into effect. Shall the User have any doubt, he or
she shall contact the Website before reserving accommodation. The website informs you that there are
companies that provide specialized cancellation insurances.
Shall the Website be unable to provide the accommodation booked by the User due to a force majeure situation or
by Owner´s fault, the Website shall propose an accommodation of an equal or superior level (comparing with the
originally booked accommodation). If the customer is not satisfied with the solution proposed by the Website, the
contract between the User and the Website shall be cancelled and the reservation deposit must be reimbursed to
the User; the transaction fees shall betaken off the reservation deposit.

This fee includes:
- Reasonable expenses (consumption of water, Internet and electricity)
- Final cleaning (upon the client’s departure, it doesn’t included party cleaning or throw the garbage)
- General housekeeping 6 days, from Monday to Saturday. (this schedule could be modified)
- a set of bed linen and towels per week. Extra bed or towels set 50 € per each one
- Outdoors cleaning on Monday including furniture.
- Pond filtration and maintenance, twice a week in summer and every week in winter.
- Weekly pool maintenance in summer and every two weeks pool maintenance in winter.
- The garden maintenance every Monday.
The house staff will enter the house through the separate entrance ONLY with the housekeeper.
A lift check or alarm check can fall on the Client´ dates. It will ALWAYS be handled by the housekeeper
