Rustic 1 sleeps a total of 3 people, with one king bed and one single bed. With both Rustic 2 and 3 sleeping a total of 2 people with one king bed.
All rooms are semi self-catering, coming with a microwave, toaster and kettle , as well as a sink. They do not include ovens or hobs.
All rooms include an en-suite shower room.

Guests booking our 16 sleeper barns (Wagon Shed or Milking Parlour) are required to pay a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking.
Guests booking 4 or more rooms are also required to pay a 20% deposit, refundable up to 90 days before date of arrival.
All-male groups above 6 will not be accepted without prior arrangement.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry to the accommodation if above criteria has not been adhered too.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
