Be our guests in the Danish cozy holiday home (approx. 90 sqm) directly on Lake Hemmelsdorf in the municipality of Timmendorf Strand. It is a high-quality non-smoking house without animals.

Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the front door. From the living area and from the large covered wooden terrace you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the lake. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing or stand-up paddling.

Next door is Lakehouse 54 where you can enjoy a drink or snack. Lawn for sunbathing (playground on the property and at the fishing yard available). There is room for 6 people (max. 5 adults and children).

There are two bedrooms. In one there is a double bed and in the other bedroom there is also a double bed and a bunk bed. The wooden house on the ground floor is heated with underfloor heating and in winter a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth. The living and dining area as well as the bedrooms are laid out with parquet. The house has two televisions, a blue-ray player and a radio. Free WiFi is available.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 20 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Bed linen and towels will cost 20 Euro per person. The property kindly asks guests to pay the additional fees in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
