Häus‘l am Ruan is located amidst the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena ski area, in the small village of Berwang. It offers fully equipped apartments, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

All apartments of the Häus’l am Ruan provide a bathroom, a kitchen with all amenities, such as a dishwasher, and a bedroom. Daily bread-roll service or a full breakfast can be provided upon request. Bed linen and towels are included.

In the surrounding area, guests can go hiking, mountain biking or swimming in the nearby Rotlech or Heiterwanger Lake. In winter, several ski areas as well as toboggan runs and cross-country skiing trails can be easily reached. Neuschwanstein Castle is a 40-minute drive away.

Persons 3 years and over stay for 13 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 3 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
