Located at the gates of the Morvan regional natural park, halfway between Paris and Lyon, 10 minutes from exit 22 Avallon on the A6.

The Cottage:
A comfortable country house, approximately 300 m², in a farmhouse renovated until 2022 with particular attention to the well-being of its inhabitants.

The kitchen and its scullery:
The heart of the house is the kitchen of about 30 m², bright and fully equipped.
A pleasant scullery of approximately 12 m² to allow you to make your culinary preparations and to store.

The dining room :
Communicating directly with the open kitchen, the 25 m² dining room immerses you in complete immersion in the surrounding nature.

The barn reception room:
An old barn transformed into a reception room of around 85 m² (with heating if necessary). It communicates directly with the kitchen, the dining room as well as with the East terrace of the accommodation.

Terraces:
2 terraces (about 70 m² to the east and about 30 m² to the west) with outdoor furniture are available.

The rooms :
5 bright bedrooms, each with independent bathroom and bathroom.
All equipped with designer furniture including built-in cupboard, bedside tables, 180x200 cm bed + glass headboards and desk area.
2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor (including 1 PRM) with independent entrances. These adjoining rooms can be communicating if necessary.
3 double bedrooms are on the R+1 including 1 family room.
Around the rooms you can find: wooded gardens, vegetable gardens, an orchard, a chicken coop, a greenhouse and garden.

Around the hamlet:
10 minutes by car from the historic districts of Avallon.
Less than 20 minutes away, the city of Vézelay, its Basilica of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine and the hill of Vézelay have been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979.
At the gates of the Morvan regional natural park, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, in which there are many hikes and other nature activities.
