Studio of 30 M2 independent on 1 hectare with gate, quiet but not isolated.
Large covered terrace with its furniture adjoining the large private swimming pool (8X10) covered all year round under shelter for pleasant water; this pool is exclusive to this rental.

Dog accepted if well educated 10€/animal/day. (Cat not accepted).
The cleaning fee on the day of your departure is €35 requested on your arrival.
An inventory and rules of procedure will be signed on arrival.
