The Villa des Cœurs Vendéens welcomes groups of up to 15 people for a weekend, a few days or several weeks, offering them a haven of peace in which to rest.
Located in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, the *** gîte is located in the heart of the Vendée countryside, ensuring you a peaceful stay, while remaining close to the city center and close to larger towns (10 minutes from Cholet, 15 minutes from Les Herbiers).
You will thus be ideally located between the various places of interest in the region, allowing you easy access to the many sporting, cultural and tourist activities including Puy du Fou 18 km away.
We will help you organize a successful stay, welcoming you on your arrival and advising you on the various activities to be carried out in our beautiful region.

a) Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
b) Cancellation before arrival on the premises: the down payment remains with the owner.
The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days before the scheduled date of arrival in the premises. If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the scheduled date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging.
The down payment also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the rental.
c) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. There will be no reimbursement or reduction of rent.
