To the south of the Jura, at the foot of the first plateau, at the gates of the wild Jura, a large comfortable house and its small park with century-old cedars (1500 m2). In the wine growing district of a town with shops, an old building restored with quality materials can accommodate six people in its 200 m².

The park is completely enclosed and the whole offers great calm, security and peace conducive to rejuvenation.
On the ground floor, opening onto the large garden with trees, a cool summer room available for children's games.

Next to it is a living room with piano, large bay window, bathroom and toilet. On the other side of the entrance corridor, a fully equipped kitchen and a very cool dining room in summer.

Upstairs, three bedrooms of at least 20 m² (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed), and the third with two 90 cm twin beds + a child's bed) overlook the garden. A library area/TV room completes the floor as well as a bathroom and a toilet.

The entire property is enclosed, you can go for long walks in unspoilt nature.

There are swimming pools in the surrounding towns (Lons le Saunier, Cuiseaux, Saint Amour...), horse farms nearby, ponds in the plain and the Jura lakes on the nearby plateau, and an infinite number of hiking trails, cycling, mountain biking, GR... between vineyards, rivers and forests.
