Gîte located in a small village in Corbières, "labelled Gîte de France Confort 3 épis" on the road to the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse.
Starting point for visits to the sites of the Cathar Country. In the town, many walks are possible.

Totally independent villa on a large enclosed plot of land, with its "Guinguette" equipped as a summer kitchen including a Plancha.
Private and secure swimming pool (9 x 4.20m and 140 water depth).

Gîte comprising on the ground floor: Air-conditioned living room opening onto a veranda with garden furniture, kitchen, separate WC, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 160cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds), a bathroom , air conditioning in the hallway.
Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each (one with 1 160 cm bed + a BB bed and the other with 4 90 cm beds including 2 bunk beds), a bathroom with a WC.

Non-smoking gîte.

Play area for children with a large trampoline and swings, slide and turnstile also available with old bicycles (3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children).
Sheets, towels, cleaning (except kitchen) and basic necessities INCLUDED.
