Large renovated bourgeois house in the heart of La Flèche.

This warm family home can accommodate up to 8 people; it is therefore an ideal place to spend time with family, friends or colleagues.

You will love its charm and elegance which combines modernity and authenticity. It is located in a very quiet area of La Flèche, close to the Military Prytanée, the city center and 10 minutes from the Zoo.

The house has three levels.
• on the ground floor: it is made up of a first living room with television and sofa, a second living room for reading and board games, then a large kitchen with its large bay windows overlooking the garden, laundry room (washing machine and dryer available)
• on the first floor: you will find two large bedrooms with private bathroom and 140x190 bed and toilet
• finally on the second floor: two bedrooms with double beds each 140x190, and a shared bathroom

WiFi and an Ethernet connection, via fiber, are accessible on all floors.

To simplify your stay, I offer free coffee, chocolate and tea for your breakfast as well as condiments for your meals.
Please note, the beds will be made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is provided.
So all you have to do is put down your suitcases.
Tea towels, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets are also included in the rental.
A large garage is available for two-wheelers, tricycles and quads.
