Margoux is a 4 bedroom very spacious barn conversion near to the lovely village of Razac d'Eymet in the Dordogne with a wonderful terrace offering panoramic views over the countryside, set in 15 acres of land surrounded by sunflowers during Summer.

It's a perfect spot to find peace and quiet but less than 10 minutes away from the bastide town of Eymet with its shops, restaurants and bars.

Well equipped kitchen with a range cooker, microwave, gas hob, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher

Washing machine and tumble dryer are available across in the main property if required

The owner lives in a separate property at Margoux but respects your privacy at all times

Pets are allowed but the property not fenced - please ask us if you wish to bring your pet
