We only rent for a full week from saturday to saturday.
This large cottage a variable accommodation capacity and its fare will adapt to your group, from 2 to 9 people. Whatever the formula you will of course be the only tenants of this house.
You can rent the ground floor of 90m2, very comfortably arranged for a couple, or the entirety of 180m2 with its floor, which has two bedrooms and an additional bathroom, which adds up to 9 beds possible for adult + a crib.
The cottage is classified 3 stars prefectural.
You will be perfectly quiet, in the middle of vineyards, but only 2 km from the village of Cour-Cheverny and 4 km from the Château de Cheverny.

An immediate vicinity of the castles, the Beauval Zoo, and bike tours "castles bike".
The cottage is surrounded by the castles of Cheverny (4 km) Beauregard (5 km), Villesavin (5 km).
It is close to the royal castles of Blois (13 km), Chambord (15 km), Beauval Zoo 30 minutes.
The cottage is finally bordered by bike tours arranged for the "Châteaux à vélo". One of them called "Shadows and lights" passes right in front of the property.
They crisscross the cellars of winemakers where you can provide wines of Cheverny (AOC).

A natural bath open to all is proposed to you 5km by the municipality of Mont-Près - Chambord.

The famous golf course of Cheverny 6 kms also offers non-golfers a restaurant with terrace overlooking the pond ROUSSELIERE.

A rural environment but not isolated:
Gite de L'Epinglerie is an independent house on two levels, completely renovated in 2012 and 2018, It is located in a small hamlet perfectly quiet and drowned in the vineyards of Domaine des Huards, just 2.5km from the center of Court Cheverny, where is all the shops, pharmacy, restaurants, tobacco etc ...

Exposure and neighborhood =
The house of 180 m², has a double exposure: entrance to the north by the garden of 2000 m² (not totally private because possibly shared with the tenants of Petit Gite), and openings also south on a courtyard, and a fence which separates it from the owners' house.
The independence of the cottage and the house of the owners is reinforced by the orientation of the buildings, the existence of two independent gates and the opposition of the main entrances and their respective gardens.

Bedding:
We are very attached to the hygiene and cleanliness of the cottages. The bedding is kept recent and of excellent quality.

On the ground floor (bedding 2)
a room with 2 beds close to a person of 90 x 190 cm.
1st floor (bedding 7 + crib + cot on request)
One bedroom with 1 double bed size 160 x 200 cm
- a second bedroom with 1 double bed size 160 x 200 cm, 1 single bed size 90 x 190 cm, 1 cot with bars.
- a corridor / mezzanine with 2 single beds 90 x 190cm

Bathrooms and toilets:
On the ground floor a bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
On the 1st floor a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a sink, a shower and a bathtub.

Living room and dining room of more than 50m² equipped with two sofas and two armchairs, TV, DVD player, amplifier tuner, carpet and coffee table.

Big kitchen :
Large fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, toaster, vacuum cleaner, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, cookware, raclette for 8 people, complete crockery , washer-dryer.

Garden and exterior:
The large gite gives access to a 2000 m² garden, fenced but not fenced; it has privately a terrace gravillonnée with tables and chairs of garden for 8 people, parasol, barbecue, 4 deckchairs and 2 to 3 places of parking in front of the shelter.
The rest of the garden is not private because open to our small cottage which is located about twenty meters separated by two small hedges.
