An old restored farm, this large 230 m² gîte, 12 minutes from Futuroscope, can accommodate up to 15 people.
In the middle of nature, our closest neighbors are 300 meters as the crow flies.
We are open 365 days a year.

This cottage includes:
• on the ground floor :
- a hall with bar, children's table football
- an equipped kitchen and utility room (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, freezer, hob, toaster, etc.), dishes and kitchenware, cleaning equipment
- a toilet
- a large living room with TV, DVD player, optional DJ pack, optional video projector pack

• upstairs :
- 2 shower rooms
- a toilet
- 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 double beds
- 1 open bedroom with 2 single beds
- blankets for each bed

• outside :
- terrace of 70 m² with a covered area, tables and chairs, refrigerator, charcoal barbecue, pétanque court, swimming pool 8 x 3.5 m (unheated) exclusive for the gîte from the end of May to September (from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) with deckchairs
- land and closed parking. Site under video surveillance

Animals not admitted.
Non-smoking gîte.
Different options available: cleaning, sheets, towels, meals, breakfast, picnic.

Second gîte for up to 5 people on the estate.
This accommodation is fully equipped, with a living room / kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed, bunk for 1 person, a small outside area.
