Located on the Crozon peninsula, Gouled Ker is an adorable penty for 2 to 4 people, in the heart of the protected village of Rostellec.
Nicely renovated, functional and independent, it has a pretty terrace and offers an inspiring location in a green setting, laden with iodine, punctuated by the tides.
Quiet, ideal for recharging your batteries or reaching the many remarkable sites in the region (coastal paths, GR 34, beaches in the bay of Douarnenez, the Iroise Sea, the Arrée mountains).
Located in a small typical hamlet in the heart of the Presqu'île just 3 minutes walk from the strike and 10 minutes by car from the center of Crozon, shopping and walking, not overlooked, the penty is at the end from the main house. The house is inhabited year-round by Dédé and more rarely by visiting friends, but the penty is protected from view and its privacy is preserved. Green environment.
Small nest at the end of the world indicated to recover from the drunkenness of the sea, to integrate the vivid impressions and to start again. Rostellec is a traditional hamlet, with narrow streets, stone houses, known for its legendary Tertu boat cemetery, surrounded by the sea and protected from strong winds. Located 200 m from the shore, the site is ideal for a stay close to nature, fishing, boating, cycling or hiking. The cove of Rostellec, on site, offers an uncrowded and peaceful swimming spot, delectable at sunrise or sunset, if you like to walk on pebbles before floating.
The situation of the penty is adequate not to have too much car to do and to access everything. 1.5 km away, there is Le Fret and, depending on the season, its restaurants, a creperie, a grocery store as well as shuttles to Brest from April to September (crossing the harbor 30 minutes). Du Fret also leaves “the greenway”, ideal for crossing the peninsula from end to end by bike to Camaret-sur-Mer (9 km), along the old railway line. Ten, fifteen, twenty minutes are enough to reach Roscanvel, Camaret-sur-Mer, Morgat, Telgruc sur Mer.
Ditto to reach the open sea and its turbulent waters, its beaches, its coves, accessible within 20 minutes by car. The wild coast of the peninsula is spectacular, with its granite cliffs, its white sand beaches and crystal clear waters, its hiking trails and their breathtaking views of the sea, its walks in the forests and the moors.
Finally, culturally, the region has a fascinating history, with archaeological sites, churches and medieval chapels.
In summary, you will not have enough time to go through everything, you will have to expect to want to come back.
My dog Django, a border collie cross, sociable humans (adults and children), is present in the adjoining garden during our stays. The gîte being separated by a partition, you will not be bothered by it.
Accessible space for 1 vehicle on the access road to the gîte, ideal for dropping off shopping and luggage. Authorized and free parking on the shore at 200 m.
From the gite on the ground floor, view of the terrace, the gate.
From the terrace, clearance in front on a bend in the alley.
On the first floor of the gite, view over the roofs and the sky.
Seafront 3 minutes walk, 200m. Access by the narrow lanes of the hamlet (difficult circulation by car).
